I'm not sure who Rory is, but his Story Cubes are quite the sensation. Even if you think you have enough games, this is one you need to add to your repertoire. Retailing for around $9.99, it's a small price to pay for the hours of entertainment you'll get.
Rory's Story Cubes are simple: There are nine cubes, each with an image on every side. Simply roll the dice and let your imagination run wild. Play solitaire or grab a group for play; there are no rules -- simply create your own and roll with it. Use the dice to create a unique story. The images are semi-ambiguous, allowing for self-interpretation and therefore added creativity. I'm probably making this sound more difficult than it really is; you simply roll the dice and create stories with it. That's the simple version. The cool/complex version is that you can use this for ice-breakers, party games, restaurant waiting, car rides and more. It's recommended for children age 8-12 but I tried it with my 5-year-old, who did just fine. My 3-year-old was on the cusp of really getting into it, but she was able to hold her own for the most part.
